Kvyat hoping new rules help

Toro Rosso's Daniil Kvyat is hoping the major changes to F1's rules in 2014 will help him adjust to life at the pinnacle of single-seater racing quicker.Next season a greater emphasis will be placed on engine and electrical recovery systems in the biggest revamp of the sport in a generation and with everyone starting from essentially a blank page, the reigning GP3 Champion is hopeful this will help him make the leap up in class.
