Williams deputy team principal Claire Williams believes the Formula One rules changes that come into effect this year have come at the perfect time for the Wantage team. After finishing ninth in the Constructors' Championship in 2013, Williams have made several changes to the team, including switching to Mercedes engines and recruiting former Ferrari man Felipe Massa as their lead driver.
