Toro Rosso sets launch date
Scuderia Toro Rosso has become the seventh time to confirm when it will launch its 2014 F1 challenger.The Faenza-based outfit will take the wraps of the STR9 on Monday January 27, the day before pre-season testing gets underway at Jerez in Spain. The unveiling will take place in the Jerez pit lane at 17.30 hours local time, with team principal, Franz Tost, technical director, James Key and chief designer, Luca Furbatto all in attendance at the photo call, along with drivers, Jean-Eric Vergne and GP3 graduate, Daniil Kvyat.
