Ericsson keen to learn from Kobayashi

Marcus Ericsson is hoping to learn as much as possible from team-mate Kamui Kobayashi at Caterham and is confident he can make the step up from GP2. 2014 will mark Ericsson's debut in Formula One, while Kobayashi has previously started in 60 grands prix during spells at Toyota and Sauber. Far from being concerned by being paired with an experienced team-mate, Ericsson believes it will actually help him raise his game and become a better driver. “I think it's very good for me to start Formula One with a very experienced team-mate like Kamui,” Ericsson said. “He's shown already in Formula One how high level he can perform at.
