Gutiérrez: I want to be Sauber team leader

– Esteban Gutiérrez says he wants to become Sauber's team leader during his second Formula 1 season. The Mexican, 22, experienced a mixed start to his career in the top echelon, but secured a breakthrough result of seventh at the Japanese Grand Prix and ultimately convinced the Hinwil-based outfit to extend his contract. Discussing the new campaign, Gutiérrez explained: "I want to achieve being a leader for the team. It's my second year as a race driver in Formula 1, with experience and generally a lot of new things coming up.
