Renault-powered cars have had very limited mileage so far this week, with just 38 laps completed between Red Bull, Toro Rosso and Caterham in two days. By contrast Mercedes completed 97 laps with its factory car in just one day on Tuesday and has been able to run for sustained periods of time.
