Underlying causes of problems not straightforward admits Renault's Rob White

At the end of a disastrous opening test for its teams, Renault F1's Deputy Managing Director (Technical) Rob White, talks about the various issues.We have seen very little running from the Renault-engined teams this week. What have the issues been?We have not run enough laps, and when we have they have not been run at an acceptable performance level.
