Brawn insists he's done with F1

Ross Brawn won't be heading to McLaren or any other F1 team for that matter, insisting he has retired from the sport. Brawn stepped down from his role as Mercedes team boss at the end of last year and at the time said he would now be focusing on his fishing. That did little to quash reports that he could be on his way to McLaren as the Woking outfit's new team boss. Brawn, however, insists that he won't be happening as he is done with Formula One. "What they didn't realise when I was invited here was they had a scoop because the world's press was trying to find out if I was retiring or not," Brawn told the Daily Telegraph while at a fishing event in Aberdeenshire.
