Brawn announces retirement from F1
Ross Brawn has announced his retirement from Formula One, ending speculation over his future.Since leaving the role of team principal at Mercedes at the end of 2013, Brawn has been linked with a move to McLaren, Williams or Lotus having said he would take a six month sabbatical to enjoy his other hobbies such as fishing. However, The Telegraph reports Brawn has confirmed his retirement while opening the River Dee in Aberdeenshire on Saturday."What they didn't realise when I was invited here was they had a scoop because the world's press was trying to find out if I was retiring or not," Brawn said. “This is the busiest time of the year for Formula One and I said I would come...
