Ecclestone sees Force India as potential race winners

Getty Images Enlarge Bernie Ecclestone believes Force India has what it takes to win races this year and is confident they will progress up the grid in 2014. Force India finished sixth in the constructors' championship last year after a tense battle with McLaren midway through the season. The team has not scored a podium since 2009 when Giancarlo Fisichella qualified the VJM02 on pole at Spa-Francorchamps and just lost out in a race-long battle with Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen.
