Quesnel in the running for Lotus F1 team principal role 9 February, 2014 Olivier Quesnel Former director of the competition Citroën and Peugeot Sport Olivier Quesnel has emerged as one of the favourites to take up the post of Lotus team principal. In the aftermath of Eric Boulliers departure from the Enstone outfit to McLaren, L'Equipe reports that Quesnel is top of the list of likely replacement for the role which is now temporarily taken up by Genii boss Gerard Lopez. Quesnel is a vastly experienced motorsport figure, coming to prominence in 1980 when he created Peugeot Talbot Sport with Jean Todt and since then has had various roles within motorsport, including director of Auto Hebdo...
