Lotus F1 line-up Quesnel to replace Boullier
– Former Citroen and Peugeot motorsport boss Olivier Quensel could become the new team principal at the Lotus F1 team. According to reports by RMC, Lotus team owner and co-chairman Gérard Lopez has already held talks with the 64-year-old and a 'contract proposal' has been made, although the specifics are not known. Lopez is currently the ‘acting’ team principal at the Enstone-based outfit in the wake of Eric Boullier’s defection to McLaren last month. However it is known he looking for someone to take over the position long term. Despite the speculation though, Lopez has confirmed no decision has been taken as yet.
