Gené to demo Ferrari F1 car in South Africa

– Marc Gené will showcase a modern Ferrari Formula 1 car in South Africa later this week. Taking place on Friday and Saturday, the event is being staged in conjunction with the launch of partner Shell's new V-Power Nitro+ product, and will see Gené drive an F60 on a circuit setup around Soweto's Soccer City stadium. The Spaniard, who contested 36 races in the top echelon for Minardi and Williams, will also take part in a number of promotional events, and is set to visit the home of Nelson Mandela, which has been turned into a museum. South Africa hosted 23 Grands Prix between the 1962 and 1993 seasons.
