Williams renews ties with Petrobras

Williams has announced it has entered into a multi-year agreement with Brazilian energy giant Petrobras ahead of the 2014 Formula 1 season.The latest name to be added to Williams's growing sponsorship roster ahead of the new season, the deal with Petrobras marks the revival of a successful relationship for the pair having previously been engaged in a technical alliance for 11 seasons between 1998 and 2008.Petrobras' involvement comes at a particularly fitting time for the company, with Brazilian driver Felipe Massa having joined Valtteri Bottas in the British-based team over the winter.
