Rachel Brookes caught up with new McLaren Racing Director Eric Boullier in Bahrain to discuss his role at the Woking-based team and what their goals are for 2014. Rachel Brookes: You've joined McLaren after a difficult season last year, how have you found things so far?Eric Boullier: "Great to be honest.
