Drivetrain issue limits Perez to 19 laps

Sergio Perez was again behind the wheel of the VJM07 today as Sahara Force India concluded its first week of testing in Bahrain, doing just 19 laps as progress was hampered by a drivetrain issue. Sergio Perez: “It’s a shame to lose the track time this afternoon, but I think we can feel quite positive about what we have learned this week. Every lap in the car gives us more information and we are always trying something new. I was not able to do the long runs we planned this afternoon so it’s important to do those next week.
