Esteban Gutierrez says his main aim is to improve his qualifying consistency this season. The Mexican made his F1 debut last year and scored six points, thanks to seventh place at the Japanese Grand Prix. Despite his race performances improving throughout the season, he often struggled in qualifying and only managing to start ahead of his team-mate Nico Hulkenberg once.
