Pirelli announced as title sponsor for two 2014 races
Formula 1′s tyre supplier Pirelli has announced that it will act as the title sponsor for two races in 2014.
The Italian firm returned to the sport at the end of 2011 to replace Bridgestone and recently extended its contract.
'This latest initiative underlines Pirelli’s commitment to Formula One, under the current supply contract that runs through to 2016,' the company said in a statement.
Pirelli's branding will feature prominently at the Spanish Grand Prix, which takes place from the 8-11th of May, and July's Hungarian Grand Prix – the 11th round of the season.
