Bianchi hopeful of Marussia's chances to improve

Jules Bianchi is 'optimistic' of the Marussia F1 Team's chances to move up the grid in 2014, adding that he is 'very excited' for the start of his second Formula 1 season. The Banbury-based outfit had a difficult pre-season after missing the opening two days of winter testing. The Ferrari-powered MR03 failed to complete many laps in Jerez but the final two tests in Bahrain were more productive and the team was able to see a little more of its true potential. Looking ahead to the season opener in Australia, Bianchi said: 'I am very excited to be starting the new season finally.
