Ferrari urges FIA to be on its guard over 'grey areas' of new F1

Getty Images Enlarge Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo has urged the FIA to remain vigilant when policing "grey areas" emerging due to the changes in the Formula One regulations this year. A complete overhaul in engine regulations will see each car limited to just 100kg of fuel over a race distance at a fuel-flow rate of 100kg per hour. FIA fuel flow sensors are fitted to the cars to ensure no-one exceeds the limits, but in an open letter to Ferrari fans, Montezemolo urged the governing body to be on its guard.
