A great start for Vergne

Jean-Eric Vergne had no complaints with his Saturday afternoon in Melbourne as the Toro Rosso driver qualified sixth for the Australian GP. While some may argue that the rain proved to be a great leveller with both Toro Rosso drivers challenging inside the top ten, Vergne feels it was all down to his STR9. In Toro Rosso's first grand prix under Renault power, the Frenchman clocked a 1:45.864 which meant he claimed sixth place on the grid for Sunday's race.
