Christian Horner has blamed the FIA for the fuel flow row which led to Daniel Ricciardo's exclusion from the Australian Grand Prix.Ricciardo originally finished second in the race – his maiden F1 podium – but was later excluded as the FIA claimed that his car “exceeded consistently the maximum allowed fuel flow of 100 kg/h”, breaching technical regulations.
