Sutil: Sauber simply too slow

– Adrian Sutil has admitted Sauber will need to progress quickly after a rather mediocre showing in the Australian Grand Prix. Sutil finished eleventh in Melbourne on Sunday, but despite being only one spot off a place in the points, the German wasn’t too impressed with the performance of his Ferrari-powered C33. “We were simply too slow,” Sutil lamented after the 2014 Formula 1 season opener, “but we managed to finish the race, which was our goal. We came close to the points [too], but we need to improve our speed. There is a lot of data now to analyse and we can only improve.
