Magnussen won t raise own expectations
Kevin Magnussen says he won't let his own expectations grow despite his strong F1 debut in Australia.Having been signed to replace Sergio Perez at McLaren over the winter, rookie Magnussen delivered emphatically with third place in Melbourne and was later promoted to second as a result of Daniel Ricciardo's exclusion. However, when asked by Crash.net in Malaysia if his expectations had changed following his debut, Magnussen said it would be foolish to let himself do so.“No, I'm not getting carried away with the result we had in Australia,” Magnussen said. “I think we, as a team, got the most out of what we had and we can feel really proud of that.
