The FIA has rejected a suggestion from Christian Horner that the fuel flow rate regulation should be scrapped in races.After Daniel Ricciardo was excluded from the Australian Grand Prix over a fuel flow issue, Red Bull has appealed as it believes it can prove Ricciardo never breached regulations.
