Nico on the Case in FP3

While Nico Rosberg continued to dominate Free Practice in Malaysia, it was Ferrari that began to emerge as the dark horse (naturally) with their long run pace before qualifying. As the business end of the weekend began to roll around, FP3 hoped to provide some answers about the relative gap between Mercedes and their immediate challengers. That said, Rosberg was running new brake material and race gearbox, so wouldn’t be performing any heroics in this session.
