Red Bull and McLaren face legal dispute over Fallows aero appointment

McLaren and Red Bull are set for a legal battle to determine the future of Dan Fallows, the Milton Keynes-based team’s new Head of Aerodynamics. Red Bull confirmed on Wednesday that Fallows, who worked as a team leader in the team’s aerodynamics department before taking a break in 2013, would join as the outfit’s new Head of Aerodynamics, while Peter Promodrou, who formerly held the role, would begin a period of gardening leave, ahead of taking up his new role at McLaren.
