Sauber: We found a couple of things which are quite interesting and helpful 9 April, 2014 On the second test day in Bahrain, the Sauber F1 Team ran through a shortened test programme with a positive outcome. After having issues with the power unit in the morning, the team was forced to interrupt the session for approximately two hours. The team could not therefore continue with the planned aero measurements. In the afternoon, test and reserve driver Giedo van der Garde continued with testing different set-ups and doing long runs.
