Williams Head of Vehicle Performance Rob Smedley has dismissed suggestions that "panic" has set in at the Wantage team over their lack of podiums so far this year. Throughout pre-season testing the Williams FW36 could be found near the top of the timesheets, but after the season's first three races their early promise is yet to translate into results. Both Felipe Massa and Valtteri Bottas struggled for grip during qualifying in Australia and Malaysia, leaving their races compromised.
