Hamilton relieved to overcome 'tough' session

– Lewis Hamilton hinted at a feeling of relief after coming out on top in Saturday's rain-affected qualifying session at the Shanghai circuit. The Mercedes driver dominated proceedings to secure his 34th career pole position and take the British record away from the late Jim Clark. But despite the margin back to Red Bull duo Daniel Ricciardo and Sebastian Vettel, he admitted that the session was far from easy.
