McLaren is planning ahead without Dan Fallows. The British team has threatened to take the matter to court, after Fallows signed to switch to McLaren only to change his mind and return to Red Bull with a promotion. McLaren supremo Ron Dennis is furious, but team boss Eric Boullier admitted this week that the Woking based outfit needs to plan ahead for a future without the highly-rated aerodynamicist.
