Williams head of vehicle performance Rob Smedley has called on the team to develop the car quickly ahead of the Spanish Grand Prix. The Chinese Grand Prix last weekend was Smedley's second race working for the team, and saw Felipe Massa miss out on points due to a pit stop error while Valtteri Bottas finished in seventh place.
