Romain Grosjean admits the past few months have been tough for Lotus, but he believes the fact that everyone is pulling in the same direction has helped. At the same stage last season the Enstone squad were challenging the likes of Red Bull, Mercedes and Ferrari for race victories, but Grosjean and his new team-mate Pastor Maldonado have struggled so far this campaign.
