Van der Garde gets Spain outings

Sauber F1 Team Sauber test and reserve driver Giedo van der Garde will receive track time in the C33 in Spain. Van der Garde will replace regular driver Esteban Gutierrez during the first practice session next Friday at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. The Dutch driver will also be given a day in the car at the post-race test at the circuit, while Gutierrez will take to the track on the second day of the two-day test. "It is nice to come back to Europe and especially to Barcelona," said Van der Garde. "The Circuit de Catalunya is a track that I like a lot.
