Toro Rosso boss Franz Tost has branded in-season testing, which has resumed in Barcelona on Tuesday, a "totally useless" expense amid F1's ongoing debate over cost control.For the first time in six years the Sporting Regulations allow for multiple tests to take place following grand prix weekends this season, principally so that teams can trial developments for their all-new turbo cars and carry out Pirelli tyre work.
