Sir Jack Brabham dies at 88

Australian three-time Formula One champion Jack Brabham has died at the age of 88. Brabham became legendary particularly after winning the F1 championship in his own Brabham racing car. His son, David, confirmed that Jack died at his home on Australia's Gold Coast after a long battle with liver disease. 'It's sad news but my father had a fantastic life, achieving more than anyone would ever dream of,' said David Brabham. 'He will continue to live on through the astounding legacy he leaves behind.
