Vergne looking for clean weekend in Monaco

Buoyed by a higher-than-expected position in second practice for the Monaco Grand Prix, Jean-Eric Vergne insisted that he was gunning for points on Sunday. While that may sound like an obvious statement from Toro Rosso's French driver, it underlines a frustrating start to the season that has seen him fail to finish three of the five races so far, and not add to the four points he claimed in the opening round in Melbourne back in March.
