Niki Lauda is confident he can restore to calm to Mercedes but only after speaking with Lewis Hamilton about his behaviour on the podium. Finishing second behind Nico Rosberg, who won the Monaco Grand Prix after securing a controversial pole position, Hamilton's mood carried through onto the podium.
