Leimer completes F1 test at Paul Ricard

– Reigning GP2 Series Champion Fabio Leimer tested a 2012 Lotus Formula 1 car at the Paul Ricard circuit in the south of France on Tuesday.The 25-year-old, who got the run as part of his prize for winning F1's main support category last year, completed 78 laps and around 300 kilometres. He used Pirelli demo tyres, as required by the current regulations, completing 42 laps in the morning on shorter runs and 36 laps in the afternoon on two long runs."It was an absolutely fantastic experience and I really enjoyed myself," said Leimer, who last drove a F1 car in 2011 when he took in the Abu Dhabi Young Driver test with Sauber."In the morning we had a bit of understeer due...
