Coulthard: Mercedes tension brilliant for F1

– Ex-Formula 1 driver turned commentator David Coulthard has described the animosity between title-contending Mercedes team-mates Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton as "brilliant for Formula 1."Having taken a controversial pole position, sealed by running off track and bringing out the yellow flags late in qualifying, Rosberg broke Hamilton's run of four race victories in Monaco to retake the championship lead.Four points now separate the drivers, who did not engage in conversation on race day in the Principality."It is brilliant for Formula 1," Coulthard, during his latest column for The Telegraph, said of the tension."It excites both the public and the media....
