Perez eyes return to points in Canada after Monaco disappointment

Sergio Perez will be aiming to score points in Canada this weekend, on what is a circuit that he expects will suit Force India’s 2014 car – the VJM07. The Mexican is keen to move on from what was a disappointing Monaco Grand Prix, where contact with his former McLaren team-mate Jenson Button put him out on the opening lap, with a strong showing around Montreal’s Circuit de Gilles Villeneuve, a track at which he collected his second ever F1 podium at in 2011. “After a very disappointing race in Monaco, I just want to get back in the car and get the best possible result for my team.
