Force India pair out of top-10 but race pace promising

Force India failed to qualify in the top-10 in Canada this afternoon, but their prospects for the race are extremely promising. Analysis of second practice revealed that they were second only to Mercedes over long runs on the Supersoft tire. Just as in Monaco, the Force India duo of Nico Hulkenberg and Sergio Perez failed to qualify in the top-10 in Canada. However, Hulkenberg managed to finish in fifth place in the principality, so they will be hoping for a similar result tomorrow. While the Silverstone-based squad's one-lap pace was always in doubt this weekend, both the drivers and engineers were confident in the cars' race pace.
