Rosberg beats Hamilton to pole in Canada

dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.15;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;">   7th June, 2014 (F1 Plus / Rosie Baillie) - Nico Rosberg took pole position in Canada ahead of teammate Lewis Hamilton. The German driver beat Hamilton to pole by just 0.079s at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve. This is Rosberg’s first pole position at the Canadian Grand Prix but only four drivers have won the race from pole in the past 10 years. The two Williams drivers looked set for a top 3 finish but it was Vettel who finished the session third fastest. Valtteri Bottas qualified fourth with teammate Felipe Massa qualifying fifth.
