Red Bull and McLaren settle Fallows legal dispute

Red Bull and McLaren have agreed to a deal in principle to end their legal dispute over the future of aerodynamacist Dan Fallows. It was revealed in April that Fallows was the subject of a dispute between the two teams, after Red Bull announced that the former team leader of their aero department  – who had been on a break in 2013 – was to be appointed as their new Head of Aerodynamics to replace the McLaren-bound Peter Prodromou. The news came as a shock to McLaren, who insisted they had a legally binding contract already in place with Fallows to join them in 2014, leading the team to launch legal proceedings against Red Bull, who they believed had enticed the aerodynamacist...
