Button encouraged to see McLaren changing

Jenson Button says McLaren is finally changing the way it works and is certain it will take the team back to the front of the grid. McLaren endured a poor season in 2013, going the whole year without scoring a podium finish before team principal Martin Whitmarsh was replaced over the winter. Eric Boullier has since come in as racing director while Ron Dennis has returned as CEO and Button said McLaren is now changing its approach for the better. “The positives I can say with the way the team is now, personally I likes seeing Ron at the circuit,” Button said. “I think it has a positive impact on the team working [at the track], but obviously it's more based at the factory for Ron....
