Hamilton confident of catching Rosberg

Getty Images Enlarge Lewis Hamilton insists he will be able to catch Nico Rosberg in the world championship after falling 22 points behind his Mercedes team-mate. The 2008 champion retired from last weekend's Canadian Grand Prix with rear brake failure after his MGU-K overheated and failed. Rosberg suffered the same problem at the same time in the race, but was able to finish second to extend his lead over Hamilton at the top of the drivers' standings. "I caught up before and I can catch up again," Hamilton said, who was 25 points behind Rosberg when he retired from the first race of the year in Australia.
