Williams: We must capitalise on grid slots

– Claire Williams says it is crucial that Felipe Massa and Valtteri Bottas capitalise on their grid slots in Sunday's Austrian Grand Prix.Despite a promising start to the season, the outfit has failed to make the most of opportunities that have come its way, leaving it sixth in the standings.But Massa and Bottas now have their best chance of the season to secure the team's first win since 2012 and only its second since the 2014 campaign."I'm not sure we necessarily expected this today," Williams told Sky Sports after qualifying."It's the result of a lot of hard work that's been going on behind the scenes for a long time now.
