Rob Smedley says Nico Rosberg is not the focus for Williams in the Austrian Grand Prix despite starting with both cars on the front row. Felipe Massa will start from pole ahead of Valtteri Bottas, with Rosberg third in the Mercedes that has been dominant so far this season.
