Horner: Mateschitz deserves Austria praise

Christian Horner says Red Bull owner Dietrich Mateschitz should be praised for making the Austrian Grand Prix a success. The race returned to the F1 calendar for the first time since 2003 last weekend, with Red Bull promoting the event which was held at the refurbished Red Bull Ring. While it was a tough weekend for the racing team, Horner said Mateschitz deserves recognition for putting the event together and making it work. “I think the return of this race has been fantastic,” Horner said. “It's an event for the fan, so our own frustrations are irrelevant in that respect because the weekend as a whole has been fantastic.
