Sauber F1 Team Esteban Gutierrez believes that the FIA needs to re-think its penalty decision for unsafe releases from the pit lane after he was hit with a 10 place grid drop for this weekend's British Grand Prix. Gutierrez was release prematurely from his first stop in Austria - without his wheel firmly attached - and was hit with the mandatory stop and go penalty, along with the 10 place grid penalty.
